Thriving small business recently hired four strategic sales and marketing executives and continues to actively seek out talented individuals who embody their company’s values

AUGUST 8, 2022 (RICHARDSON, TX) –– Photodigm rapidly expands their Sales and Marketing Team by hiring two Regional Sales Managers, a Sales Support Representative, and a Director of Marketing and Communications to support their growing fixed wavelength laser diode manufacturing business. As the only domestic manufacturer of the DBR (Distributed Bragg Reflector) laser offering unique beam profile and higher output power than other design platforms, Photodigm continues to ramp up production in their on-site fabrication facility. The company has produced almost 5000 lasers this year up from only hundreds in prior years.
“While other companies slow down their hiring, we’ve developed a unique value offering to entice incredibly talented candidates who align with our company’s values and can support the needs of our thriving business,” says Bill Stuart, CEO at Photodigm. "I have never been more confident in the future of our company than I am right now and it’s because of the trust I have in our entire team.”

As many employers across the country place their hiring plans on the backburner, Photodigm has hired 15 new employees since January to work at their headquarters.

“We continue to expand our market presence through the hiring of seasoned well-known sales executives who represent not only our growing needs for sales, but more importantly, they each embody the character and integrity of our company,” says Bob Davis, VP of Sales and Marketing at Photodigm.
